Refund Policy

A refund will only be granted and processed once it has been confirmed that the service was not provided to the user. It must be proven that a mechanical or electrical malfunction prevented either the delivery or the pick up of the Parcel from the Parcel Locker. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be returned to the nominated account. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved.
